Five screens showing how a Biohacker member would see their credits, spend one on a booking, and get their protocol afterwards. Every screen is labelled with how it gets delivered, so nothing here is a promise the platform can't keep. Sample member and figures throughout.

Appointments and the app shell are native. The credit tiles read the member's balances, which we hold on their record and keep current.
Booking menu
The service menu, staff, rooms and equipment are native GHL. What a membership covers shows as a credit; anything outside it shows the price and takes payment.
Booked, credit spent
The booking takes a credit off the member's balance and sends the prep instructions by email and text — the same protocol copy that runs in Wix today.
Membership and balances
Billing, renewal date and card on file are native Stripe inside GHL. The per-service balances are the credit layer we build on top.

Aftercare, the come-back reminder at the interval set for that service, and the review request. All native GHL workflows, by email and text.
Credits by service
A membership loads credits by service group when it's paid, and each booking spends one. Groups and counts below are placeholders for the conversation — the real numbers come from the clinic.

What runs this, screen by screen
Nothing here needs software built from scratch. The app, the booking and the messaging are GoHighLevel doing what it already does; the credit balance is the one piece that sits on top, either through the packages add-on or a member page we build against the clinic's own data.
